Australian Inbound Process



Process Description                          :           To handle incoming calls from existing customers experiencing computer
                                                                                    related problems. In order to provide basic or technical assistance online
                                                                                    assistance from billing transfers and escalates call if irrelevant to the queue.
Seats Required                                  :           25 to 35 Minimum
Payout                                                            :           9 AUSD per Hour

Turnaround time                              :           365 days 24 x 7
